Myofunctional Therapy is exercise based education directed towards the muscles of the face including the lips and tongue. Through behaviors, the facial muscles dictate development and function throughout the lifetime. The goal of orofacial myology is to have positive behaviors that provide proper facial development, muscular tone and maintenance.
Breathing Education is behavioral education based around the various ways breathing is accomplished. Breathing can bring negative symptoms depending on if the behavior is unideal. The goal of breathing education is to have positive habits that promote wellness both physically and chemistry wise.

Brittany found a passion for Myofunctional Therapy initially as a patient seeking care for dental crowding and severe clenching. After going through the process and seeing the positive changes it made on her smile, confidence and breathing, Brittany decided to pursue a career in Myofunctional Therapy to further the education and awareness to others. Brittany received her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences with a Minor in Nutrition. Furthering her education, she completed her Masters in Breathing Sciences as well as certification training in Orofacial Myology therapies from the Professional School of Behavioral Health Sciences.
